For embroidered garments from the shop:

Please allow 10-12 business days for your items to be processed & packaged. These items are made to order.

For patches from the shop: 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your items to be processed & packaged.

A House Called Hue LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages marked delivered at addresses on file.

Please relate to these estimated times during the non-holiday season.

For ground shipping allow up to 10 business days after shipping to receive your package

For priority shipping allow up to 2-5  business days after shipping to receive your package.

For overnight shipping allow up to 1-2 business days after shipping to receive your package.

For international shipping allow up to 21 days after shipping to receive your package.

Note: Please allow 24-48 hours to show movement from USPS

For embroidered garments from the shop:

Due to each garment being made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing. 

If the item was damaged or wrong product was sent please contact us asap.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order.

Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting the order, especially address as A House Called Hue LLC is not responsible for packages sent to wrong address.
